Hidden costs!

Turbotax calculated and filed our taxes correctly, but did NOT warn us ahead of time that we would be charged $25 for filing our state taxes. Had we known, we wouldn't have bothered using it for state. But no, it waited until we had finished the entire process before saying we owed $25. Be aware of this!

Fantastic, simple and quick!

I have used this product since the 90's, it has been fantastic, simple and quick every time. One year I could not find Turbo Tax and used a competitor. I had to go back, purchase that product year after the fact and amend my filing with Turbo Tax. Never will i stray again.

Pretty good all the way to filing until it would not let me purchase Audit protection and it put me in a loop trying to reset my account because I could not find my CD!

Glitches with TurboTax Resulted in Rejeted Return

My TurboTax software kept changing my entry for zip code and federal ID numbers whenever the first digit was 0. It resulted in a rejected federal return. I haven't been able to find the support I needed to fix the issue.
