First Time E-filer

Have used the product for decades and works ok. E-filing seems to be a money grab as the 2019 AGI needed to validate for 2020 e-file "does not match IRS records." As such, I cannot e-file. That seems very odd to me as Turbo Tax knows exactly what I submitted and it was not amended. Will probably use Turbo Tax again, but feel I wasted $25 each for three state e-filings.

I've used TurboTax ever since it was first available, and have never been disappointed. As I get older, my tax return becomes more complicated. TurboTax makes it easy and (somewhat) palatable to do my taxes.

Turbo Tax Is Great

Turbo Tax is great. We have been using it for decades. It makes preparing and filing taxes quick and easy. The only thing I would like to see changed is that the IP PIN number is ask for when filing the return instead of having to hunt down where to enter it in Turbo tax every year.
