I always find that things that are not ordinary are difficult to do in TurboTax, and I am an accountant. Issues are highlighted and they're not easy to fix, as there might be a very specific thing that needs fixing (i.e. a blank instead of a zero), and TurboTax doesn't help you know. Also, my state tax was rejected for information that was not consistent from last year, and I double checked and everything was perfect. Still trying to figure that out. I'm sure this is very good for run of the mill returns, but mine is medium complexity and it doesn't do well.

Almost 30 years I have used TurboTax

I've been using TurboTax exclusively for every single year since the early 1990s and have had no complaints. It has always been helpful in finding every deduction I qualify for. No audits. No failed returns. Always works for me. (I almost always use the Schedule C option.)
