Turbo Tax Has Gone Downhill

Been using TT since the early 1990s. Worst experience yet. Was on with tech support 3 nights in a row. Purchased an additional state and state would not register in TT. Also, having to make the resolution worse to view some things is poor programming. Not sure I will continue with TT based on the bad experience this year.

Straightforward, as much as assistance as one needs, or not. Either way, TTDeluxe takes the pain out of filing taxes!
