TurboTax is my go to

I like to use TurboTax because I know TurboTax asks all the questions, and it gives me time to think through my return. I search their online community for answers, and I rely on the TurboTax professionals when I've exhausted everything else. I use it for my son too, and it was super easy to use for his uncomplicated return.

been using since it was just called intuit! last few years were not as user friendly as original programs. glad went back to easy questions & maneuverability

Not happy with the program this year

Had a very difficult time using the program this year. I had to change my resolution continuously in order to get my taxes filed. Ridiculous! The button to click on did not work unless I changed my screen resolution, then I had to change it back to see what I had entered. This is not okay. I've been using TurboTax for 25 years now and am seriously considering NOT using it next year.
