TurboTax is excellent

It only took one hour to complete and file taxes this year. Even though I am retired, I still like to spend time wisely. This fills the bill. I have used Turbo Tax for I don't know how long and it keeps getting easier every year. Keep up the good work and looking forward to next year, hopefully a brighter one.

Turbo Tax is a great easy to use product. Its self guiding and very user friendly. It also comes with great real person customer support who will walk you through difficult or challenging tax issues that you can't figure out on your own. Tubo Tax simply makes doing your own taxes simple and easy.

I file the returns for myself and three other family members and the ability to file multiple returns has been greatly appreciated. I believe that you should allow one free state return as well as the federal return as part of the purchase price since everyone has to file one.

E-file Problem with Turbo Tax Deluxe

The program seemed a little challenging, since I was ask more data from my personal files: i.e., former spouse SSN, regarding alimony payments, data on previous homes, A lot of time spent researching. Prevented from e-filing, problem with paying state e-file. The customer service person was very helpful and resolved my issues, and I was able to e-file both federal and state returns. This would not have happened, without the excellent help.
