I have used Turbo Tax for several years. The product seems to be streamlined quite a bit compared to previous years. Will continue to use Turbo Tax in the future.

You made it so difficult for me to access state e-filing that I paid AGAIN for that service. Your program should know if I had paid for state e-filing when I input the license code. Or you could use login with Google, etc.

Not happy with the user interface - not intuitive

I have used Turbo Tax for years and never ran into any issues...I processed 2 returns and had errors at the very end which were not explained at all..I took help from a fried to figure out that the errors were and how to fix...I used the Turbo tax guide and answered every question so there should have been no issues for some reason the was a UCE issue with NO explanation saying I had to file manually not e-File..yet it took my "order" to e-file my state taxes which I couldn't as I couldn't e-file my federal taxes - ridiculous on TurboTax's part...I did get a refund for the order...but required work on my part for something TurboTax should never have allowed. and the other return had a cash contribution field not populated that i had to FIGURE out what it was expecting me to do! I should NOT have had to fill in ANY files on the forms as I answered all the questions.
