TurboTax Has Made My Tax Returns a Breeze for 25 Y

I have been using TurboTax for 25 years, and could not do my taxes without it. 25 Years ago I was a partner in a law firm, and my husband a self-employed photographer ... rather than paying an accountant, I bought TurboTax and fell in love with it ... easy to use, accurate results, always reliable. I'm now retired, but TurboTax continues to be necessary -- Social Security income and IRA distributions bring their own set of caculation complexity to tax preparation, and my second husband is self-employed as well, with Social Security.
There have been technical glitches and bugs from time to time, but fixes were always available, with a little digging. I don't give it 5 stars, because it is not foolproof, and the instructions are not always a model of clarity, but if you are used to using software and relatively comfortable with the tax laws, this software makes tax preparation available to non-accountants.

Turbo Tax Issues

Turbo Tax, when completing the e-file portion wanted me to enter the previous year's PIN. I had no clue what it was and Turbo Tax wouldn't let me around that so I printed out all the forms and filed by surface mail. It would seem that there is a way around that issue even though I realize that is a "security issue".

I have been using Turbo Tax for years (20+) and have found it very easy to use and very intuitive. Great product and worlds cheaper than paying a CPA for basically the same result.

Mo. Return information is confusing

Since I decided to mail the payment to Jefferson City, your instructions on which PO Box to use is DIFFERENT from the PO Box on the actual Mo. Form and I confirmed it on the Mo. Dept of Revenue website.
