Disappointed in additional fees

I would have given 5 stars, the program is easy to you. It is very misleading when you are charged for the $80 for the program and that doesn't include filing, which was another $65. I was lead to believe the $80 covered filing also.

Data entry and download went smoothly. Exception is that I always seem to have difficulty with Foreign Tax Credit data entry.

I've been a Turbo Tax user for more than 10 years.

My experience with Turbo Tax this season has been frustrating, first, my 2019 files were corrupted and therefore corrupted my 2020 files when it tried to copy files from 2019. I had to start over three times. In addition, I had to delete my taxes from 2019!

the only thing that annoys me is that you are suppossed to get one state free and I always have to pay! WHY IS THAT?
