Its no nice to have the hands on help and ensure that we are filling correctly and not to have to pay the high fees to have someone file for us.

Worst version of turbo tax I have ever had

I have beed using this product for some years now though it was fairly problem free working on my Windows laptop previously. This year I decided to download to my Mac and all issues and problems came up. Example I open a file and after entering data, it suddenly tells me that it cannot save the file because it's locked. I create duplicate just to get through this issue, but to see it again come up, cannot save.

I have been a TT user for 15 plus years and I will keep coming back.
It works great and if you need help with an odd item, Turbo Tax support is there to get you through it. 5 Stars !!!
