I love Turbo Tax

It's so nice to be able to transfer last year's returns so easily. Turbo Tax directs me and asks me the important questions.

Too many problems with your software this year :(

First year this was not compatible with my new computer. It freezes up, the windows that opened up were blank. Had to put in activation code on two separate occasions. I have used this since 2004 but this was a truly a horrible experience
