Turbo Tax is great!

Very Unclear Instructions. NOT User Friendly

I have been using TaxCut for over 20 year. I tried Turbo Tax before that and was extremely disappointed, so I used TaxCut. This year I did not get a chance to use TaxCut and thought I'll try Turbo Tax. WORST program out there. To top it off, It is more that four times the cost.. Never have I been more frustrated and disappointed in a product.

Pleased with TurboTax

I am pleased with TurboTax. The program helped me complete my tax return quickly and efficiently. I could not save my returns. I do not have a printer and that is the only way to save tax info to a pdf. Very disappointing.

I am a real believer in Turbo Tax. The software guides me through a myriad of tax questions in the least amount of time and looks out for my interests in a complex tax environment.
