Turbo Tax 2020 Tax Year

The product was good seemed harder to get through this time especially in the area of 1099's reporting of Distributions for IRA's & Pensions. I've been doing it for years but the transferring of information to what the Turbo Tax questions were made for a long day. A total nightmare with the Distribution code 7 & the check in the IRA/SEP/Simple box just couldn't get past it with my Pension being a Pension not an IRA. An awful experience this year. Glad its done and a success full completion with me getting a A+ for accuracy with the help of Turbo Tax.

Turbo Tax used to be Awesome

I have used Turbo Tax for years and it has been a great program. The questions and calculations are still good, but they seem to lacking the programming to make it the great program it used to be. It was far from easy this year to e-file through the program. I looked at the forum and found that I had to do a workaround by running as administrator to enter payment to e-file my state taxes. By running as administrator, I also had to reenter the license code to get back in. I should not have to do a workaround. According to forums, this has been a problem for at least 2 years now. Person after person has posted and it appears that the bug has not been fixed.
Please fix this. I don't want to pay for a program that only "almost works."

I used a pc download. Once I found how to download the product it was off to the races..It was smooth...

20 YEARS OF TURBOTAX

I've been using TurboTax for about 20 years. Over the years I've had rental properties, children doing serious sports, and investments in stocks and LLP's. I've always been happy that TurboTax knew how to handle all these things. And, whenever I've had a problem the support people always provided the solution.

Love the easy to follow forms and guidance. I've never had to ask for support but given my expierience with the product I wouldn't hesitate! Used for 5 years now!
