Turbo Tax is such an intuitive program; I didn't need to seek any assistance. I have now used this program for two years and it was even easier to get through this year.

Turbo Tax is easy

The product is relatively easy to use. Have had some issue with the 1098 T form. I usually have to go to the form and enter the information. Also, seems like you really don't get a free state e-filing. Had to pay and I thought I was suppose to receive one state free.

TurboTax was very user friendly except when I needed to "talk" to a helper on the phone. It took about 60 min to get through.

I do like working with the Turbo Tax, however, I struggle each year regarding my estimated tax forms. It always says I don't need to do estimated taxes, but that is because I pay estimate taxes each quarter. I miss where to print off those forms. Please try to do a better job regarding the estimated tax part. The rest of the process is relatively easy.
