Easiest Way to Do Taxes

A friend paid a "tax specialist" to do her taxes, even though I told her about Turbo Tax. Three months later, the taxes had not been completed. Walked her through the process, which took two hours to complete, and now she is a Turbo Tax convert.

Confusing software

It is really confusing. My husband and I file our taxes jointly but the software never asked for his financial information. I had to click on the tabs to find where I could enter his information.
