TurboTax did not comply with my expectations

The AGI from last year file in TurboTax 2019 did not work and the 2020 TurboTax was rejected.

Turbo Tax is "HORRIBLE" have now lost a long time

The experience of utilizing Turbo Tax this year has been time consuming and completely unsatisfactory. I have been a long time customer, but will no longer purchase this product. It would be less cumbersome and time consuming to print the forms and mail them to file taxes!

I wanted to try Turbotax since it is #1. It was a huge disappointment. The help function mostly consists of the TT blog. I got more help from my old HR Block software.
