I couldn't receive the answer regarding MAGI vs. AGI affecting the qualification of IRA deduction. I just submitted the tax return without resolving. I feel like I overpaid tax. Other than that, it was good.

Underperformed compared to previous years

I've been using Turbotax for over 10 years on different computers, usually Apple. Some time ago, I had to switch to an HP all-in-one computer (2 years old), and the Turbotax software was paralyzingly slow- whether it was opening, saving, downloading software updates, pop-up windows, you name it. There were no other active programs running at the same time, so there is something bloated about the program that recent model HP desktops cannot handle efficiently. And, why is it that, weeks after the original filing date of 4/15, now revised to 5/17/21, Turbotax still says it has program updates it needs to download and install? Either you were ready by April 15 or you were not. Or even May 1. Or even May 11.

Fairly Quick and Easy

We've been using Turbotax for years because it's easier that the old paper filing and if there is an issue, you purchase of it allows you to go back and make fixes or amendments.
