bought program for 55.00 and got charged 25 for state tax filling and forty for processing fee i can get it done by a tax accountant cheaper never buy it again

Turbotax has lost its usefulness

It's very complicated to go through the wizard without knowing whether the deductions will be used or if one will revert to the standard deduction. I spent hours putting info into the wizard only to learn that, congratulations, I get to use the simple standard deduction that would have saved me all the time and frustration gathering records!

First hick-up using Turbotax in about 6 years

I received exceptional support from an advisor that patiently and expertly guided me through the required steps to correct my error and file my taxes successfully. Please remove the step that appears to force clients to accept the audit assistance for $45. Really is crafty and unnecessary for some filers as the step appears to make it mandatory to accept the option and cancel later even when the client did not want it at all.

Great, right up till I had to file...

Program did not work with Windows 10 on new HP. I had to continue to change resolution multiple times in order to process credit card transaction. I will most likely not use this program again.

I have been doing my taxes with Turbo Tax for several years. I find the format to be very easy to follow and the feature of importing the previous years information is very helpful.

More reassurance is needed

Most of the time, TTax reassures you that information like carry over loss has been automatically entered, but not always. I need feedback, one way or the other, every step of the way.

Great software but problematic.

I've used TurboTax for years usually with few issues. This year it forced me to put info in about using my car for business when I had no business income or expense. And there was no access for me to use the Live Expert. I would have loved to have the option.
