slow to update frankly its becoming like any other service, and price wise the same as other similar products, and last year the calculation for the state was of by 80 dollars, i had to pay late.
Pros: I moved, I bought or sold investments

I got hung up on efiling my state return. It was really my problem because my windows 10 on my PC was not updated. Turbotax should have a message to require windows to be updated on your PC before beginning to complete the tax return. The support center associate was very helpful to walk me through the process. I give an A+ to both support Center associates that helped me.

product good - taxes are always confusing

The product was very good. A few places where Help on entry/tax explanation were difficult. Used the 'we ask you questions and direct you thru' method. It went very well and helped by comparison to last year's return. I also switched the form method for my review. It was very easy. I recommend the product. Price was very good in my view.

I have been using Turbo Tax for I believe 21 years and have always had a very good experience using it. It's easy and they walk you through step by step
