Was way to hard to transmit Federal & State Return

Down loaded 3 patches to get Turbo Tax to transmit my files to Federal and State. Tried at least 10 times. Wish it would have processed the update without having to take the time to down load patches. Took me almost 3 hours just to transmit above the 3 hours to answer all of the questions for the processing the taxes

Great Product

I've used TT for many years. For the most part, it's great. However, there are still areas where the program doesn't lead you properly or explain some items.

Easy To Use

I was able to use TurboTax without any problem. It is easy to follow step by step. At end the Smart Check checks for any errors. This is great feature.

I've been using Turbo Tax for over 30 years and I have never been dissatisfied with its performance, accuracy or completeness. It has always been up to date logical to use and quick to catch my mistakes. I have recommended it to many friends and not heard a complaint from any of them.

2020=Train wreck

I normally LOVE Turbo Tax, but 2020 was complicated. My frustration is probably more directed at the IRS, but since TT is the product I use, they have to take some of the angst. I rushed to get a return filed so my daughter could get the 3rd stimulus. But in my hurry, I did not know that the first $10K of unemployment was exempt from taxes. So, now, the IRS is behind and we're told to wait and NOT file an amended return. So, now we wait.
