TurboTax is great

I would like to see Turbo Tax being able to E-File State Income Tax with refunf due when Federal Income Tax Refund is zero.

Disappointed with state download

The Federal was fine as usual, but it was very difficult getting the download for New York State. I had to spend nearly an hour trying to get it. The phone number listed in the program to call for help was not helpful. Eventually I was able to get the download. This program was not as user friendly as in the past and I have used TurboTax for years. If next year's has a similar issue, I may stop using Turbo Tax.

I have been using Turbo Tax software for more than a decade and find that it easy to use and always contains the most up to date tax changes!

Misleading e-file charges...

When I went to e-file my state return the page said it was $20.00. When I entered my credit card info the charge was $25.00 plus tax. Very misleading.
