Too much manual entry

Too many fields required manual entry when they could have been pre-filled. Also, I was not prompted to import forms as in prior years, requiring me to search for this option. Payment for multiple options such as state filing fee required separate login re-entry of the same information -tedious.

Turbotaxmade a miscalculation and the IRS caught

Turbo Tax made a miscalculation in the area of the Covid 19 credit and the IRS caught it and reduced my return by $1,200. Very embarrassing and the was the first time in 72 years of filing.

Submitting back taxes

I called and spoke to a representative roughly a month ago and was told I could purchase software to process my 2019 taxes and never finished filing. I purchased the software for $80+ only to have to resubmit all of my tax information that would not transfer for whatever reason and was unable to e-file due to season being closed. I am very upset that I had to reenter all of my tax information as well as send my taxes by mail. I could have filled out regular tax forms that I could have printed off of THE IRS website instead of paying $80 which did NOT allow me to e-file. I will not purchase any software from TurboTax in the future and will also inform others about the wrong information I was given. Very disappointing and frustrating!

Tubo tax is getting worse

Just barely usable. The questions are vague and it's hard to figure out details. Too many product sales going on. Next year will go somewhere else after 20 years with turbo tax
