Selling Put and Call Options big problem!

Selling put or call options create transactions that will never have a cost basis. Your system does not recognize this and forced me to enter 0.00 into the cost basis for over 877 records. Very time consuming and needs to be fixed! It's a software issue that you need to review with all of the brokerage houses so that electronic transfers of these options fill in the cost field correctly.

Turbo tax is the way to go!

I enjoy the step by step walk through the tax process. I don't always have the forms and information handy, but that is my book keeping error.Would be nice to get a reminder to start gathering it all together.
