I've been using Turbo Tax for year and I've never run into any issues completing my taxes right the first time. I've even helped others complete their taxes using Turbo Tax

I like the option to work on what I want. I also like that I can look at forms and understand the source of certain entries or how amounts were determined. On the rare occasion I still needed help, the supported team know exactly my question and the answer.

I have been using TurboTax for a bunch of years now, and have found it to be accurate, reliable, and usable for the experienced user as well as new users. One can follow its step-by-step guidance or, if one has the knowledge and experience, plunge on one's own to save time. Paper returns are fast becoming a thing of the past, and I continue to rely on TurboTax to get my returns prepared and filed.

My only complaint is that I couldn't load it on my past computer and am forced to buy a new one with up dated 10 system. This was done on my son's computer.
