Turbo Tax is reliable, accurate and easy

I have used Turbo Tax for over 20 years and I have not had a bad experience once. Some of my tax returns over the years have been very complicated but Turbo Tax held my hand through the process

turbo tax was easy to used, took me about two hours to do. I am pretty much a tech. idiot, someone who is good with computers and can type could probably do theirs in half the time.

I have been using Turbo Tax for last 15 years and I have overall good experience with user friendly interface and quick help links for any tax items. I couldn't reimport my W2 data successfully from ADP due to mistakenly entering wrong SS number first time.

Poor example this year!!!

Lost every thing I had done, shortly before completion.... Had to REDO everyhing with a new blank start point. Disgusting and time wasteful!!

software update failure

software update failed several times even after using the repair patch recommended by Turbotax to resolve the issue. Worst experience of using TurboTax for over 25 years.
