Great Used it for many years.

Great step by step for the beginners and a pick and chose option for the experienced ones. Disc or downloadable products are better then their web based one.
A lot less expensive then the big guys in the store fronts. Do it at your pace, on your time schedule, and in your own home.

TurboTax is easy

TurboTax was easy to do. It walks you through everything and has little pop-up windows to explain credits and taxes. I retired last year so it helped me with ALL my retirement payments.

Something simple in 2020

Again this year, as always in the past, turbo tax made it easy for me to file federal and state taxes. What I like the most is the software is the same from year to year with no complicated new formats, navigations, or learning curve.

Turbo Tax is slow

Turbo Tax is slow to load and slow to update. Instead of the cute comments about how long it's taking, give me an estimated duration and make sure it's reasonably accurate.

Easiest Way to Do Your Own Taxes

I've been doing my taxes with Turbo-Tax since 1998 and every year the process goes smoothly. My taxes have become more complex with investments, medical and retirement but the program takes me through it all seamlessly.
