Turbo Tax - disappointing this year

Did not really address the American Rescue Plan issues especially the $10,200 exemption for Unemployment benefits. Also based on my age, it did not address the SURE Act noting that I do not have to address Required Minimum Distribution (RMD) until I turned 72 - no longer April 1st following the year I turn 70 1/2.

TurboTax is flawed

I spent over 2 hours with a TurboTax rep trying to resolve issues with e-file. Could not resolve issue and ended up filing by mail. Still waiting for the e-file

Turbo Tax State Filing is NOT Awesome

I have used online filing for years and LOVE it. Turbo Tax is all I have used. After FINALLY being able to e-filing my 2020 State after numerous times trying to pay Turbo Tax the $25, I will not be using Turbo Tax in the future UNLESS I get an email telling me the problem has been fixed for 2021.
