Good, but not perfect

In general, Turbotax is a great product that allows one to navigate through the complicated process of completing individual tax returns. An area that needs improvement is the drivers license info at the end of the process. The software elicits drivers license information to secure e-filing, but the software does not instruct one on what to do when their state does not put all of the software requested data on the driver's license. For example, some states do not put issue dates on licenses, but the software demands an entry, unless you figure out the work around. Intuit can improve the software by clearly allowing the issue date (or other unavailable data) to be left blank.

Loved the Program--Didn't know I had to pay extra

Loved the program but did not know I had to pay an extra $45 for the state program and then an additional $25 to electronically file my state return.
