Would not take my credit card at the end to efile to state. Search on-line found many with the same issue. Very frustrating.

Turbotax support was easy to use when I had a question about the possible change to deduction amount for a child. I called and they were able to quickly walk through my return with me an give me the answer. The change happens the next time I file.

Turbo Tax is the way to go for taxes

I used to do taxes all by hand. I have used Turbo tax every year since it came out. Calculates all credits/deductions perfectly. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the city tax is difficult to understand, at least for me. My residence city was not listed under the CCA required filing which is not correct.

Turbo Tax was awful

The program failed to upload my last years taxes, the program was cumbersome and I was unable to print a full size copy of my tax return. I have used Turbo tax for years but this was the worst and last time.
