I thought when I purchased Turbotax for $80 dollars it included 1 state return. after completing I was charged another $20 to file a Alabama return. Live in Florida, which has not state return. I work in Alabama where I file a return. Other than that TurboTax was great

Too many upsells

The program took a long time to install and set up - almost as long as actually preparing my taxes! It was easy to use, and I like that documents from financial institutions can be imported. I did not like that it tried to sell additional products every third screen!
