Turbotax is ok

It took a while to find my place in the process. It would be helpful to put a LARGE advisory to check for updates as soon as the software opens. Also, a little clarification bulletin for joint filing would help. The process wasn't immediately obvious.27453.64

I have been using turbo tax for years. I love knowing that I have last years returns available for easy access if needed. I love that they double check them for errors and that it doesn't cost an arm and a leg to use.

I've used Turbo Tax every year since it was released. It is "smart," easy to use. The explanations and "error check" are also very helpful

Did have issues with payment of Tax Defense purchase and E-File charges, Not as bad as last year. I am a Subscriber and it would not allow ne to process.

TurboTax was a mess in 2020

I have been using TurboTax for 14 years and have never previously had a problem. In 2020, the software would not e-file my returns. With the help of tech support, we were able to solve the problem (this ultimately required removing and reinstalling the software), but this took several hours that I will never get back. As disappointed as I am with TurboTax 2020, the service rep who assisted me was excellent.
