Need work

Everything was fine till my pa tax form I tried to pay with my credit card. Multiple attempts where made by me to do this. When I tried to w use your website there was nothing there to help me. I ended up paying for the return using my federal inc. tax refund. Not happy about that at all

I have used TurboTax for over 10 years now and it is so easy and user friendly. I feel 100% confident my taxes are done correctly and TurboTax representatives are always available if I have questions or need help. They are very friendly and helpful every time I needed them.
