rejected return

after I paid to e-file, my fed and state tax returns were rejected. I went back to make any corrections and it still rejected. Very frustrating and need a refund of e-filing fees and now make a trip to the post office to mail my returns.

Frustratingly confusing this year!! I have used Turbo Tax for at least 20+ years and this has been the most confusing and annoying package I have used. Plain English please & make sure you can delete things that you need to.

There was a learning curve at first but once you get used to it it's quite easy. the system remembers many of the tedious information which is a time saver.

Easy to understand and use

The format of the questions are really simple and it takes you through all the steps. You can choose to skip sections if you don't need it but I find it really helpful to go through each and everyone to understand the Tax process better
