crashed multiple times and made me restart

I'm frustrated because there were errors that held me up when I tried the first time (1116 form autofilling in an incorrect way being the primary reason) and then when I tried to reference my taxes from last year the whole app crashed and I lost all my progress. SO LAME.

I'VE BEEN USING TURBOTAX FOR MANY YEARS AND I HAVE FOUND IT AFFORDABLE AND EASY TO USE. I HAVE NEVER HAD ANY ISSUES WITH THE IRS. I HAVE, AND STILL WOULD, RECOMMEND TURBOTAX TO FRIENDS.
