I've been using Turbo Tax since 1999

Since 1999 I have filed both business and personal taxes with Turbo Tax and I have never had an issue or audit. From the beginning I never had a doubt that my taxes were properly done and will continue to count on Turbo Tax for years to come.

This is my 4th time using Turbo Tax and I love it. It references previous year's tax forms and shows new laws, tax info, etc. and suggests best way to get refund or pay least amount. The print is easy to read and the explanations are clear. It calculates and files both federal and state tax. If you are unsure of some information from financial institutions, Turbo Tax can help with that.

Disappointed in TurboTax this year

I have used TurboTax for several years, and always found it easy to use, and easy to file electronically. This year was another story. When I tried to file, I was told there was an update, when I attempted to update, I was told there were none. I tried to manually update (twice), I uninstalled and reinstalled (twice), tried using my hotspot vs. wi-fi. Any suggestion I found online, I tried, with no success. I had already paid to e-file my state, which I now cannot due, and am out that money.

Very disappointed about getting and the explanation of $300 charitable credit when not itemizing deductions. Not the usual clear tubo tax!
