Not support add bank info when no tax is owed/due

Disappointed that the software does not allow adding the bank account info when no tax is owed or due, which made getting the stimulus money more inconvenient. Hope TurboTax IT team work on it.

becoming difficult to use

I used tubrotx on a Mac in 2019 and 2020. I cannot open my 2019 taxes due to some type of padlock that I cannot find a one to get through. I have had to transfer everything manually and go to the IRS site for my AGI. works great on a PC, pain to use on a MAC

Works but not as well as in thepast

Lots of hidden problems filing this year. Could use some basic updates on the program to help people using this program to file to be prepared for changes and updates. Not very helpful in providing guidence for minimizing taxes or which deductions apply when taking the standard deduction. No counseling on the fact that I worked from home and incurred expenses from March through December.
