Usually, there are no problems with Turbo Tax. Unfortunately, the program thought there was a missing update. Which there was not. Phone help was AWESOME!!

The process is very easy to follow and doesn't take that much time as long as all the information is at hand. I didn't do that and it still only took three hours to file state and federal returns. And I got refunds from both!
