We have been using TT since 1993. It has not failed us. One year used different program to evaluate differences and benefits. TT came ahead and we gained more $$ than the other that can claim they are better. Always faithful to Turbo Tax.

Long time user! great program!

I have depended on Turbo Tax for many years. Turbo Tax has been very dependable and relatively easy to use. There have been some terms used that were vague to me but I plunged on and all came out ok. Whether I have to pay or get a refund, Turbo Tax has given me the honest truth about our tax situation with suggestions for the future/

I'm first time user and having a few problems. Everything was quite easy until the end. I don't want to purchase the audit coverage and don't see an option out. I guess I'm going to talk to customer service.
