Turbo Tax is easy to use!

Found the guides to be very helpful. I always choose to have TurboTax guide me through each section as it makes things much easier. It's more of a go with the flow way of filing your taxes vice being confused about what you need to fill out.

TurboTax can be bit complicated but good

Why I said TurboTax is bit complicated? Because of fill some information when I got form 1099-NEC from one of my jobs, DoorDash. Someone help me straight the fill situation out. Overall, TurboTax is still good for has guide questions while filling to make the tax file preparation less complicated.

TurboTax is a Good Product

Been using TTax for more than 20 years and it gets better each year although the constantly evolving tax code blunts some of that progress. Downloading financial data from banks and brokerages is great. I will continue to use TTax in coming years but it's not perfect, yet.
TTax should provide global default entries for sections that I do not use.
TTax's prompts for additional info in obscure parts of the app (such as K-1's) are often confusing and incompletely defined.
TTax's error checking often requests additional data for primary entries that are zero.
TTax determines I can't e-file but at the very end encourages me to e-file.
Some straightforward queries and entries are not copied from prior years although they should be and then highlighted for current year changes, if any.
