TT needs to efile Amended 2019 returns

Great when it works

I love how Turbo Tax walks. you through everything and makes sure that you get all the deductions that you are entitled to. However I have had multiple issues as have others if you look at their support forums where I had to reregister the product multiple times. Often I would have blank white screens and would have to restart the program over and over before I could continue with my return. Again great when it works but was darn flakey this year

First year with TT and I will NOT use again

Had a meager $113 stock trade profit which I reported and TT still allowed me to claim EIC, IRS rules from day 1 dont allow claiming EIC if you have investment income

Turbo Tax is the Best Software Bar none, easy to use, goes through everything including things that I would not have thought of and guides you to make sure you don't miss a beat. Turbo Tax goes over all of the tax breaks in minutes. I love how it will update as the government changes the taxes and covered over all of the stimulus pay-out info to make sure I received the correct amounts and was not taxed for them.
