The only statement I have is the same every year I Pay for fed & state, fed had free efile and state you want me to pay more even though I have already paid for state, makes no since.

TURBO TAX IS QUITE EASY TO USE.

It was quite user friendly to use. I noticed though there's no more option to skip "Update TurboTax". When I clicked "CONTINUE" to update, it caused my computer to freeze up. I had to uninstall TurboTax and reload.
