2020 FED & STATE

SUPER HARD to download. I have Windows 8.1 so maybe that has something to do with this problem. Tried to download on my computer 1st but then I had to use the disc. Same problem as past few years!.

Turbo Tax is helpful

Turbo Tax helped with inputting information. I did have problems with the E-filing. So I ended up having to mail the returns.

It's Getting a little more complicated

I've been using TurboTax for more than 20 years. It seems to be getting a little more complicated, or maybe the tax code is the culprit. I have always found the answer to questions about our returns which include itemized deductions and credits at the state level.

I love TurboTax Deluxe!

I have used TurboTax products for many years and have never had a problem with either federal or state returns. I always input my own data and go through all parts of the return. This is helpful to me because I like to know where all the figures go.

I like TurboTax

I have never had a problem with the software. The only thing that was different today was it asked me for my activation code again. That was unusual. But no issues doing my federal and state taxes.
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I bought or sold investments

Turbo Tax could be better

TT is good for federal return. Filing the CA return was confusing and problematic. The box should clearly say that state efile is not included. When i tried to pay for CA efile, i simply was unable to do so. Not satisfied.

EASY PEASY

I have been using Turbo Tax Deluxe for years and it's simply the easiest and most straight forward tax preparation product on the market. I don't need to hire an accountant or tax advisor in order to prepare and file a fairly complicated tax return and complete it within a few hours!! Great piece of software!!
