Problem with Turbo Tax

I purchased the Deluxe program which says Federal and one State filed for free. Turbo tax charged me $25 for state and $40 processing fee. I will not use this program again.

Worked flawlessly this year

Sold a home, moved to another State and changed employers. TurboTax made it simple.

Good self guided tool

it was a little clunky because I had the last 45 days in state that requires state income tax be paid. It took several tries to get the right numbers on the state return and pull it forward from the federal

I tried 4 times to e-file and it wasn't accepted. Now I am trying file by mail and I'm not getting any mailing instructions. Why?
