Worked fine to prepare taxes but not to submit

When I tried to electronically submit, they were rejected twice saying that the IRS cannot recognize me. The AGI that I entered for my 2019 taxes is absolutely correct. So I now have to file manually. I'll be looking for Turbotax to refund my $25 for the state submittal.
