Installation is NOT quick & easy.

I needed help navigating. I had to use the 1-800 line three time because the "guide me" was not clear. The three (3) individuals were polite and got me thru my problem with TurboTax.

Turbo Tax Deluxe is good, but a little over-priced

I've used Turbo Tax Deluxe for many years. It is good, reliable, but maybe a little over-priced. I may look at my options next year, just to see what's out there.

2020 Turbo Tax was the worst I've used!

This was the slowest. Constantly asking me to update.
Then near the final review, before the check...another update request that I couldn't escape, with a "save return". Which I had to do 3X's before I received the final update that actually worked. Shouldn't take over 1.5 hours to finish.
Now I can't seem to file the CA taxes without an e-file.
