'20 Taxes on TT

I found this year's experience to be more difficult than previous years. Not sure if it was me, Turbotax or the IR code. Probably, combinations of two or three. A couple of problems were resolved by phone calls. I was impressed by the great attitudes the persons I spoke with. VERY PATIENT in offering their knowledge and skills. Got thru the process - hopefully with colors flying.

Some areas need better instructions. I had trouble figuring out how to enter the state tax exempt portions of dividend income on some of my mutual funds.

Turbo Tax is not so easy to use

I have used Turbo Tax for several years now. when I tried to access my account to check on my AGI from previous year, I got a bogus response. They had me listed as a first timer. Very disappointed. Not buying Turbo Tax any more.
