I have been using Turbo Tax for 28 years (1993-2020). I find it very easy to use and the function has never let me down even as my tax filing situation has changed over the years.

You can have Turbo Tax walk thru every possible deduction or pick your own known categories. e-filing is easy and the audit risk gage a great feature.

Hard to access Help line

Product info said dedicated help line to call but I could not find/access even though I THOUGHT I had paid for this service for 2020 tax year. I did see where help was available for extra money. Confusing

This years product produced 2 calculation errors

I've used this product for over twenty years and this is the first year I've had a problem with it. It created 2 calculation errors and couldn't upload my file from last year

Loading last year's data saves so much time and reminds me of certain info to review this year. Easy to use after years of experience. Multiple returns to efile really helps my family.
