Federal Tax Filing Fairly Easy

We have used TurboTax for years and overall have been pleased, except for one thing. Please stop asking us if we want to file a state return when we live and work in a state that doesn't have state taxes! The software should be smart enough to Skip State on its own instead of asking us at least 3 times about it.

TurboTax is HORRIBLE!

I have to fill out TurboTax three times in order to file Federal Married Filing Jointly and two states Married Filing Separately. There's no reason why you can't figure this out for me. You should spend some of your lobbying dollars to making a better program.

Problem with direct debt. It would not take my account info. So I switched to mail in payment and it went along quickly and quitely.

This program nickel and dimes you every step of the way. Just when you think you are ready to go, it is going to charge you another $25. If there is any way for you to avoid using it, do that.
