TurboTax is a mess!

Your account system is so broken, I cannot find words to describe it. Why doesn't my Intuit sign in take me to my dashboard?
Today I had to call your help line just to find out how much I paid for your software. Why isn't this pre-populated?
Why do I go to a different page every time I "sign in." My guess is that you:
1. Are now an engineering driven company and not a UX driven company, or perhaps you never were a ux driven company.
2. Have engineers who are "always right" and kings and queens of their own domain and don't play well with others.
3. Have not put enough money into integrating your systems and depend on legacy systems--your technical debt must be monstrous.

Misleading Tax Software

I purchased the Deluxe Turbo Tax it states I could e-file both my Federal & State (which they do both tax returns). When I finish my tax return the fee to file the state was an additional $25 dollars, Instead of paying $25 I wanted to print and mail them in, but it would not let me print my state tax forms without entering my credit card number. Therefore, I paid over $100 to use this software.This is not stated anywhere on the box. This is misleading and I will never buy it again. BUYER BEWARE!

I was able to run through my taxes faster this year than any previous year. Maybe there just aren't the same amount of itemized deductions anymore or maybe TurboTax just makes it that easy.
