Turbo Tax holds your hand and walks you to the finish line. You feel safe as you go along and end up with a sigh of relief. Should of done it sooner.

I have been using turbotax for many years. it takes the stress out of tax and i always get the necessary phone support whenever i have doubts or questions.
can't imagine doing taxes without this.

I have used Turbo Tax for years. It mostly works out fine. Something to assist with adjusting my W4 would be helpful. The tool that Turbo Tax had was not very helpful last year, or this year.

E-filing is a rip off

After already paying for a state return you find out after going all the way through the e-filing process that Intuit wants an additional $25 dollars to e-file state. This should have been clear before you started the process. And to top it off the payment process for a additional e-filing fee is confusing if you've already purchased the software (enter your confirmation number and have it rejected and get to start all over).

Turbo Tax works fine but I was unaware I was going to be charged $25 until after I filed my taxes.
